IM TRADING Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the TRADER or the COMPANY) operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals in connection with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. This information is intended to inform you about all aspects of the processing of your personal data by the Merchant and the rights you have in connection with this processing.

Reason for collecting, processing and storing your personal data
Art. 1. The trader collects and processes your personal data in connection with the use of his online store at www.eyezone.bg and concluding contracts with the company pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1 and Art. 9, para. 2, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), and in particular on the following grounds:

Explicit consent received from you as a client;
Fulfillment of the obligations of the Merchant under a contract with you;
Compliance with a legal obligation that applies to the Merchant;
For the purposes of the legitimate interests of the Merchant or a third party;
Take steps at your request to sign a contract if you are a job applicant;
To fulfill a contract or take steps to conclude one with a trading partner;
Explicit consent obtained for the processing of special categories of personal data.

Goals and principles in the collection, processing and storage of your personal data

Art. 2. (1) We collect and process personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of the online store of the Merchant at www.eyezone.bg and the conclusion of a contract with the company, including for the following purposes:

creating a profile and providing full functionality when using the online store;
individualization of a party to the contract;
accounting purposes;
statistical purposes;
information security protection;
ensuring the implementation of the contract for the provision of the respective service.

(2) We collect and process the personal data that you provide to us when applying for a job in the Company, including for the following purposes:

individualization of the candidate;
making contact with you and conducting communication;
selection of candidates.
(3) We collect and process personal data on the names of the legal representative of the legal entity - business partner with whom we conclude a contract, for the purposes of individualization of the party to the contract and its implementation.
(4) We observe the following principles in the processing of your personal data:

relevance to the purposes of processing and minimizing the data collected;
